Announcing SMS Campaigns

Based on our popular Email Newsletter Campaigns - you can now send bulk SMS campaigns to your contacts.

Just click on Newsletter and then SMS Campaign.

Create a SMS Campaign:

Drill down on your Contacts by

• Contact Type
• Roles
• States
• Address Books
• Events
  • Attendance
  • Non Payment
  • Non Attendance
  • Attending and Paid
• Membership Expiry
• Plus more

Please note that due to capabilities of SMS your messages need to use a maximum of 160 characters

You must also contact us to increase or start a SMS balance within your Streamdesk Account.

Announcing Activity Streams

Activity streams allow you to view a chronological list of all of the activity which you are having with a Contact.

To view the Activity Stream for the contact - click on the orange tachometer button

This allows you to track the progression of a contact and the connectivity the contact is having with your business/organization. The activities are grouped by days. Just click on the day and you will see what has happened, alternatively use the "expand all" to see all the activity.

Access Layer on your Websites Content

You can now determine which of your Contacts get access to what using our "Access Layer"

You can use the Access Layer on your Webpages and also Content Items.

Just click on the item, click on Access Layer and select the type of contact which you want the item available to. 

Note: items default to all access, so if you don't want to apply any access layers then you don't need to change anything

Announcing Content Snippets

Content Snippets are user defined information/templates that you want to re-use in your website, emails, newsletters, webpages. They are great time savers as they can be used as Newsletter Templates, dynamic email content, frequently used or standard sections of information etc etc  

To create a Content Snippet

1: Click on Website Building then Content Snippets

3: You can add images, text, movies and even embed other Content Snippets inside other Snippets

To Insert a Content Snippet into your Item

Then Choose Your Snippet

You can even use Content Snippets to create your own Newsletter Templates

New Web Enquiries Module - Turns CRM

We have completely redesigned the Web Enquries report turning in it into a full CRM module.

Web Enquiries now allows you to:

• Add a Status to the Web Enquiry 
  • Status Types - Follow Up, To Call, Make Appointment, Completed
• Bulk Apply Status to as many Enquiries that you want
• Add Notes to a Web Enquiry
• Monitor which staff member has modified the status or added notes
• Create an Appointment, Task with the Contact who is attached to the Enquiry
• Print out the Web Enquiry with Notes attached.
• Reply to the Web Enquiry directly through StreamDesk Mail

A quicker way to publish and view your Content Items

We all know how time poor our users are and this is why our goal is to allow you to publish your content to your website as fast as possible with the maximum effect.

You can now choose to view only your published content and fast publish/unpublish items with just two clicks.

Manage your Files with our smart File Manager

You can now manage your PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc files from within your content items, webpages, newsletters and emails.

Just click on the icon in the content editor:

From here you can:

• Upload files
• Insert links to documents from your existing file library
• Rename files, create folders and much more more

Want to send a quick email to your Teams or Committees?

Dont have time to create a newsletter and send it to your Team or Committtees?

Then just create an email, Choose BCC and then select the Team which you want to email.

If you don't have the Teams module enabled then please contact us.
