Introducing the Archive and Dynamic Ordering

For our clients who are using our Multi Layer Content items we have introduced The Archive.

The Archive

Never let your content items get cluttered or delete them again. Just choose the item which you don't need anymore and move them across to the Archive by using the publish in tab.

This means you will be able to them again (if needed), your SEO will never suffer and all back links will stay correct. The Archive items are not shown in your Newsletter engines making them even more simple to use.

 

 

Dynamic Ordering

Want to re-order your Content items but don't have the time? Then we have introduced our ajax technology to the process making re-ordering simple, quick and smart.

 

 








Remember Me - Now even Smarter

Want to stay logged in to StreamDesk on your phone, laptop, tablet or desktop?

 

Now when you log in you can use the Remember Me? checkbox.

 

 

When you log out of Streamdesk you can also choose to log out completely and clear all of your devices so you will need to log in again.

 








Newsletter Generator Upgrade

For those of you using our great Newsletter content generator, when inserting content items into your newsletters the content items are now sorted into categories making it easier to find and distribute your content using the newsletter system.

 

 








Attendance Module for Clubs

For all Clubs using our platform. There is now an Attendance module for all Meetings.

Members can now log in to the website:

  • Signify an Apology that they won't be attending
  • Signify a Makeup and the reason why
  • Signify that they will be attending and if they are bringing any extra attendees

Keep your Company Details UP TO DATE

With all of the new changes to our bookings, invoices, sales facilties it is essential that you keep your Addresses both physical and postal up to date. We have also added Bank Account details to the Company Profile Page to make sure your invoices which you send to your customers are correct.

 








PDF Event Tickets

On our new Event engine now contains the ability to send PDF tickets.

Check on the PDF ticket box in your event (under Venue and Ticketing) and your attendees will be sent a PDF ticket when they book.

The tickets contain a Barcode with the booking ID and also a QR code will allows smart phones to scan and send them directly to your website and the event.

 








Manage Campaigns and Attendees in Events Module

The new events module now allows you to manage your email marketing campaigns and attendees directly inside the event.

 

 

1. Just click on Campaigns to add and send an email campaign relating to that event.

2. Click on View/Add to check who has notified you that they are attending your event, alternatively you can add attendees here.

The graph also shows you the percentage of attendees compared to the event capacity.








Delegate your Employees to run your Events

You can now delegate your employees to run and manage your events.

 

Just click on Company Admin - Employees - Choose the Employee you wish to allocate the event to

Then click on the Event Administration Tab.

In here you can select which events you want your Employee to manage.

Giving them management rights allows the access to those Events only. They can then manage the Email Campaigns, attendees and details of those allocated events. 








Auto Contact Creation in CRM

Now when you send an email to an email address which does not exist in your Contact database an alert will ask you whether you want to create it. Just enter the contacts firstname and lastname in the prompts and the contact will be added to your database.

 

 

 

You can switch this functionality off in your profile. Uncheck Auto Contact creation in Emails.

 

 

 








New Booking Engine - Multiple Ticketing Options

 

Our New Mobile Ticketing Engine allows you to sell multiple ranges of tickets on the one page. This is also linked to our new Ticket PDF engine which give you barcodes, descriptions etc so you can properly maintain your event online.

 

 

 








Ecommerce - Product Colours

For those of you using our great new mobile ecommerce package - we have added product colours to your products to help your customers find the products they are looking for.

 

 


 

 

You will then have a new sort facility when customers are looking at your products
